About Us

The Bible should be the foundation of all education, and we believe our five-year-old program is a very important beginning to your child’s learning. From Bible instruction to academics your child will receive the very best instruction. Learning in our well-structured and disciplined environment will help your child to grow both academically and spiritually. Our goal is to lay a good, firm foundation upon which all of his education will be built.
Zion Baptist Academy is dedicated to ensuring that your elementary student receives the very best education possible, an education founded upon a Biblical worldview. Throughout the course of his elementary education, your child will be taught to uphold a high academic and moral standard. The teachers promote morality in the classroom by using every opportunity to teach the students right from wrong.
Zion Baptist Academy has a high school program that focuses on the academic, character, and moral development of students. The classroom is a disciplined center of learning. The sports programs and Bible quizzing are the classrooms of character training and self-discipline. Students are taught lessons on spiritual growth and development in chapel as well as in their Bible classes. The teachers help and encourage students to do their very best for the glory of God.
Our staff not only knows the importance of education, but understands the difference found in truly quality education. Recognizing the lack of solid education in our society, we here at Zion strive to “raise the bar” academically. We challenge our students to rise above the rest.

Our Mission & Vision

The parents of students at Zion enjoy the security of knowing their children learn daily in a simple, safe, and excellent school—similar in many ways to schools of days gone by. Zion offers solid, basic academics in a safe Christian environment.

Zion Baptist Academy believes in a well-rounded, balanced education that prepares students for life. Young people today face complex challenges, and it is imperative that their education give them not only the ability to make a living but also the right philosophy of how to live.

We recognize the physical need for food, clothing, and shelter, but how much greater importance is the care of a child’s mind and soul. The formative years of a child’s life are for training and sheltering—not exposing. God’s Word declares, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
